I love doing magic that connects with people and places. One of my favorite places in my hometown of Hutchinson, Kansas, is the Cosmosphere. It’s a Smithsonian-affiliated space museum and one of the treasures of Kansas. In the lobby hangs an original SR-71 Blackbird Spyplane: the fastest plane ever built. It still holds speed records.

In magic, there’s a classic routine where coins fly from one hand to the other. You can find magicians doing this all over YouTube and other social media. When I wanted to do a virtual performance for our local Third Thursday monthly arts fair during the pandemic of 2020, I thought using the coins from the Cosmosphere would be cool way to connect magic with community.  Here’s my stay-at-home performance.

This is an example of how I can tailor magic to your business or event.

Thanks for watching.
